Doesn't Peel Off
April 9, 2017
Worst peel off mask I've ever used. I had high hopes because I love Yes To products but this was a terrible buy. It says it's a peel off mask and to use the applicator (a rubber spatula) to help peel off- more like chisel off until you're too fed up with it and end up washing it off instead. Highly disappointing.

Didn't peel off and created a huge mess.
April 3, 2017
this product didn't do anything to detoxify or clear away any impurities. All it did was create a huge mess and wasted a lot of my time. I even gave it the benefit of doubt and tried it twice and it still didn't "peel off" of my face.

Use more product!
March 16, 2017
my first attempt with this product was a nightmare. I understood what the applicator was intended for, but it didn't do its job quite well so I settled for my finger. I first put a thin layer on my WHOLE face and it took me forever to peel off. I tried it a second time around and used a THICK layer of product on just my T-zone area and it peeled off MUCH BETTER. From my personal experience, I wouldn't use this mask on your whole face, just problem areas and use a thick layer. It may take a little longer to dry but trust me, the peel off will be better. As for the mask itself, it barely pulled out any blackheads I had, while other cheaper charcoal products I've tried got all of them out. And for the application process... its not horrible but it can be better. The rubber applicator didn't work well but it was also a mess squeezing the product onto the applicator and using my finger to scoop it up and slap it on my face. In other words, it's an OK product. I love the Yes To products but i don't think I would recommend this exact product to anyone. if you are using this product for the first time, I definitely recommend using a thick layer over a thin layer on smaller areas of your face and anyone who gave up on this product, I urge you to give it a second chance. You might change your mind.

Nice formula, Not a nice peel off mask, No use for the applicator
March 6, 2017
I loved the formula with this product because it did assist in clearing my skin, made my skin soft, and did brighten my skin after only a couple uses. However, I was disappointed and frustrated in the fact it did not peel off as you would hope it would and expect it to. I have followed directions on the bottle, directions on this site, tried multiple times and multiple ways to make this mask work as a peel off with no success. I got tired of having to peel off the entire mask in tiny slivers no matter how thick I made the mask for even a small problem area, so I now just use it and wash it off when it is done. Lastly, the built in applicator was a cool idea, but in the long run it is useless and just makes the application process longer and harder due to the more thin/watery consistency of the mask. I found that using the applicator made my mask too thin, which did not help with the already evident peeling issue with this product. I would rather see this mask in the same packaging as the charcoal mud mask. If you have the patience to peel off the tiny pieces of mask or willing to just use the mask and wash it off, then I highly suggest it since the formula and what it is supposed to do skin wise is not the issue. I look forward to this company improving this product because a great peel off mask at a lower price like it is now would be a great addition to this line.

Disappointed and not happy
February 26, 2017
I was not happy with this product. Me and my boyfriend had tried it and we followed the directions but the peeling got messy and frustrating as we were peeling only little pieces by pieces. It took a lot out of our time that night. Also I broke out a bit afterwards. I thought it would have been better as what people said. Not worth my 15$ down the drain. Disappointed

A good product
February 12, 2017
I've heard a lot of good things about this brand so I tried this mask. It is hard to apply with the applicator and is kinda runny. It also doesn't peel off like it says it should. I had to rinse mine off. However, after taking the mask off my face felt amazing and extremely soft. I will def purchase this again.

Great product, poor applicator
February 10, 2017
The product itself is great with the exception of being a little too runny. The applicator however is great in theory, but not so great when it comes to application. The product runs and drips and the applicator makes applying the product to your face much longer. With how messy it becomes, you're better off just using your fingers and washing your hands afterwards.

Twist and unlock the built-in spatula applicator. Smooth a thick, even layer of the mask over clean forehead, cheeks, nose and chin, avoiding the eye area, eyebrows and hairline. Use the spatula to build up an edge around the mask. Relock and clean off the spatula. Relax until the mask is fully dry, at least 15 minutes, then use the spatula to lift edges and start peeling! Rinse off any remaining pieces and moisturize.
