Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing from Yes To. We do not accept returns or make exchanges for product purchased on Yesto.com.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service at ordersupport@yesto.com.  Please provide your order number, identify the issue with the product and send photos of the damage or defective item. Our customer service team will reach out to you with support within 48 hours.

Purchases Made from Third Party

For purchases made through one of our retail partners, please contact the store or website directly. We are unable to provide returns, refunds or exchanges for purchases made through a retailer.

Cancelling an Order

Once you have placed an order and it has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
