I bought this at target because I love this company! The chin mask was dry out of the sealed package. It didn't say anything about wetting it before applying. Not sure if I got a bad batch?

Remove mask and apply to clean chin. Adjust around the chin before allowing the mask to sit on the skin for 10 minutes. Remove mask and dispose.
