It is ahhhhhmazing!
October 13, 2017
I love paper masks and really wanted to try this line. It is very soothing. There was not a burn like mentioned in other comments or redness. Im 43 and have wrinkles and was very, very impressed with how my skin felt AND looked after using it once. My fine lines were definitely diminished. I can’t wait to try the coco but one later this week. Great product.

Excellent product!
October 12, 2017
A friend recommended this to me because she loves it so much. I bought it at Target but I almost didn't b/c the reviews on this site were so bad. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. So, the reviews said it burns and leaves your eyes red and irritated. Ok, I have VERY sensitive eyes. I experienced mild burning once and I moved the pad slightly further from my eye, the burning stopped. DO NOT PLACE ANY PRODUCT IN YOUR EYE OR DIRECTLY TOUCHING THE EDGE OF YOUR EYE. Ok, so is that clear everybody? So, again I have very sensitive eyes, I had no redness or irritation. My skin around my eye was super soft it would make a baby jealous. Also there is tons of eyecream in the step 2 packet. I was able to use it morning/night for an entire week. Bottom line: great product, super soft skin, relaxing, do not put it in your eye.

Not everyone's face is the same!
July 11, 2017
I have always had such sensitive skin. My acne has been bad since my freshman year of high school. After using this mask, my face has never felt more relaxed. It does have a freezing feeling at first, but after the 1st minute it's all fine and dandy. My face felt so refreshed I didn't want to take it off after 10 minutes (but make sure you do!) It calmed down a lot of the redness and inflammation going on. I recommend to anyone who is dealing with redness, inflamed skin, or just needs to relax their face.

Very soothing, cooling mask!!
November 14, 2017
I bought this at my local Rite Aid today and, before trying it out, was shocked by some reviews I read which described the mask as "burning". This scared me, but I still wanted to try it out to see for myself. Immediately I felt a nice cooling sensation, which is what I'm assuming others felt was "burning". I imagine if you have sensitive skin, it might feel too strong for you as the mask is on. Or, if you are not a fan of the tingly, cooling sensation menthol gives, then you might not like this. Personally, I LOVE the cooling sensation, I found it very soothing and it lasts a bit after you remove the mask. The sensation calms a bit and leaves you feeling very refreshed! After removing the mask, my skin felt tight and fresh, and it had soothed some angry pimples. A good end to my day!

I enjoyed this product, it had a cooling effect. I did need to adjust the under the eye, but loved how my face felt after use. I would purchase this product again.

Burns Badly
November 12, 2017
I love sheet masks and the yes to products, i typically have sensitive skin but this burned so bad, i’ve hadn’t had this problem with other products from Yes To. I find it really strange and overall do not recommend this particular product.

It's Not Awful
October 19, 2017
I've gotten this multiple times and yes it does burn but it goes away. Maybe I can just handle it better than others cause its not that awful as they make it sound, it's just working on your skin. I would recommend this if you can handle it.

Burnt My Face
July 20, 2017
I love the Yes to Brands and its product line. I purchased this product at target. I couldn'e keep this thing on my face more than 2 minutes. It burned. This have never happened before with any of the other products. So I will still purchase their products just not this one.

DO NOT USE!
June 7, 2017
I was given this product as a gift and I decided to try it out. My eyes are very sensitive to face creams and washes so when I put this mask on and noticed my eyes burning, I didn't think much of it. Then, however, my whole face started to burn. I immediately took the mask off and threw it away. Do not buy this mask! It says it's for sensitive skin but it just burns!

Only for masochist
May 30, 2017
I bought this at Ulta along with all kinds of sheet masks they sell in the store. This one I like the least. It burns, it burns really bad. Definitely not for sensitive skin. This is not cucumber mask this is more like menthol mask. I'll read reviews before buying anything again next time, lesson learned. Well, at least it smells good.

I'm confused
May 7, 2017
The package says it's for sensitive skin so it's odd that for the first couple minutes of this my skin had a burning feeling. "What's the worst that could happe?" I thought and stuck it out. After maybe 5 minutes it started to feel refreshingly similar to mint. When I put it on my face at first, it smelled a bit like alcohol, not sure if that's a pro or con, just an observation. Glycerin alcohol denatured is the third ingredient (after water and aloe Vera leaf juice). The residue leftover after you take it off definitely feels like aloevera so that's reassuring. Face feels cool, my breathing feels extra warm (upper lip area if you can imagine that). My somewhat sensitive skin doesn't look much different than my simply freshly washed face (slightly pinkish cheeks and chin with a few pimples in each area). The rest of the residue kind of dries onto your skin feeling a liiittle bit like lotion and doesn't rub off when you wipe your finger on your cheek. Overall, the only real negative here is that the burning sensation freaked me out a little at first. My face does feel nice afterward but I think I'd rather try a different mask next time

Tingling sensation , great smell ,
April 5, 2017
I'm brand new to using yes to products, I love their masks but I'm not sure if the burning sensation is normal, it burn for a minute or so then starts to a smooth cooling sensation after ... It's semi relaxing after the burning cools down .

WORST THING EVER.
March 31, 2017
I use face masks all the time and I don't have sensitive skin, but about a minute after putting this mask on my face started burning SO bad. I immediately took it off, washed my face, and put on a calming lotion. My face burned for an hour after. Worst thing I have ever put on my face. I'm never using YesTo products again.

Burning
March 16, 2017
This product made my face burn within moments of putting it on. Other products had warned of this, but this one did not, I assumed cucumber would not burn my skin as I have very sensitive skin and it said it would be good for that. I will continue to use their products, but am staying away from this sheet mask, instead of calming my skin, it made it angrier!

Burning, Red and Blotchy
March 6, 2017
I got this mask from a friend and was excited to try it. I felt a burning sensation within the first minute after putting it on. It started around my lips and then spread to my cheeks. I removed the mask immediately and tossed it in the trash. My face was red and blotchy, even after I washed off the product.

Horrid product.
March 2, 2017
Bought this product from my local Walmart. At first I was excited since I heard about these products before. I've used masks from SheaMoisture, Sephora, and Origins. This was horrible, my skin begun to burn within seconds of putting the mask on. Never again!

Burnnnn
January 26, 2017
I tried this product today and it was a horrible experience. Five minutes into putting this mask on I had a burning sensation that was unbearable. I don't have even have sensitive skin in this burned like crazy and now my face is red and tingly and it's been lasting for a few minutes. They called it calming, it was the most stressful thing that I had done all week.

It burned like crazy
January 16, 2017
My sister and I both bought these for our weekly spa nights/bonding time. I didn't use mine until recently, but she used hers 2 weeks ago. She said it burned but she has sensitive skin. I ignored her and tried anyway. I DON'T have sensitive skin but it still burned a lot. I don't know what's soothing about a red face and watery eyes but I would NOT recommend this product to ANYONE!

Relaxing and amazing.
January 4, 2017
I purchased this mask from Wal-Mart, along with some of the other types. I deep cleansed my face and then exfoliated before putting on the mask. I put the mask on and relaxed for 10 minutes. The mask gave off a gentle tingling that felt wonderful, and the smell is great too. I am also in the middle of an acne break-out, so this mask also helped to reduce the redness of my acne. Only thing that bothers me a bit is the sticky residue, but every thing else makes up for it.

Good BUT
January 2, 2017
While I loved this mask and have used it twice before this time was different. The scent was so strong. Don't get me wrong the scent wasn't strong in the way that it smelled bad it just made my eyes sting and water. Also I wish the masks came in sizes. I have a smaller face and my best friend has a longer face. It fits her fine but I have to keep adjusting it on my face so it will stay.

No to this mask
December 25, 2016
I am a big fan of sheet masks. I keep my fridge stocked with them and I've tried many different brands and formulas. I mostly stick with Asian masks (Korean and Japanese). I bought this on sale at Target because I was traveling and needed something to soothe my dry skin from the airplane. I don't have sensitive skin but I couldn't last more than 2 minutes with this on before ripping it off and running to the bathroom to rinse my face. Omg the burning was indescribable and my whole face turned red. In 2 minutes. Just say no to this mask!!!

This Mask BURNS.
November 12, 2016
I would give this mask 0 stars. This mask burned like CRAZY when I put it on my face. I don't even have sensitive skin!!! I have the opposite and let me tell you my face was on fire as soon as I put this on. I hated it I would not recommend to anyone. I was expecting to be relaxed but instead I got a burned face and rashes.

OUCH!
October 25, 2016
I was very excited to try this product, especially when I read they did not test on animals and that this was a mask for sensitive skin... but let me tell you this mask burnt my skin SO BADLY that my eyes literally began to water! The only thing "soothing" about this mask was taking it off. I tried to tough it out, but I had to take it off after 2 minutes. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. A while back I tried the "say yes to grapefruit" make-up remover wipes and the same burning feeling occurred. I had hopes that the cucumber wouldn't do this, but I was very disappointed.

Perfect for Super Sensitive Skin
September 8, 2016
This cucumber mask is the only mask that I can use as it doesn't irritate my skin at all! It has a very soothing affect and makes my skin look and feel amazing each and everytime I use one.

Love the cool menthol feel
September 1, 2016
I love the cucumber line, especially the eye gel. It always gives me a great cooling sensation. The mask is no exception. After I took it off, I felt this refreshing menthol cooling effect. The size of the mask was nice and big too with the eye flap big enough to close so that if you want to relax, you can close the entire mask and shut your eyes. Relaxing!

It.. burns.
August 27, 2016
I have sensitive skin only on my upper lip so when it started tingling there I adjusted the mask. I assumed that the menthol was giving me that stinging feeling on my upper lip, so I let it sit the suggested time. After waiting (10 minutes), I removed the mask but saw that my entire face was slightly red and irritated by it. I'm not sure if it's because of the menthol or tea tree that caused it, but it was still red thirty minutes later. As for the mask - It's rather big, and I wasn't sure what to do with the eye flaps - do I put them on my face or leave them sticking to the mask? The eye holes were rather big too. The mouth area was rather big too. However, the thickness of the mask was nice and it felt like no matter what I did the mask wouldn't rip. It smells really good, but for the sake of my skin I won't be purchasing it again.

Gently unfold mask and apply to clean skin. Adjust around eyes, nose and mouth, smoothing to fit the curves of your gorgeous face. Close eyes and relax for 10 minutes. Remove mask and dispose.
