Returns & Exchanges

 

Thank you for purchasing from Yes To. We accept returns and exchanges only for products purchased directly from Yesto.com.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through retailers or third-party eCommerce platforms.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact our order support team at Ecom@yesto.com. Please provide your order number, identify the issue with the product and send photos of the damage or defective item. Our order support team will reach out to you with support within 48 hours.

 

Purchases Made from Third Party

 

For purchases made through one of our retail partners, please contact the store or website directly. We are unable to provide returns, refunds or exchanges for purchases made through a retailer.

 

Cancelling an Order

 

Once you have placed an order and it has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
